Cancellation policy for online lessons

If you need to cancel a lesson, please contact Matt at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson. This lesson can then be re-arranged at a later date. Unfortunately, any lessons that you cancel less than 24 hours before the lesson will be lost and cannot be refunded.

If your teacher needs to cancel a lesson, you will be contacted at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson and this will be arranged at a later date. In the unlikely event of your lesson being cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, you will be refunded the cost of the lesson in full.

Unless cancelled by the teacher, online lessons are non-refundable.
